Author Guidelines
Please use the following guidelines to prepare your manuscript before submission.
Title
Title: Font Times New Roman 15pt
The title should be clear and concise. Only the beginning of the title uses capital letters and it should not be written in bold. The author’s name and affiliation should follow the format shown above. The author’s name must be written clearly without academic title. Heading numbering uses the Arabic numbering system, with subheadings limited to a maximum of three levels.
Abstracts
Abstracts [Times New Roman 10]
Abstracts must be written in two languages, namely English and Indonesian, with a maximum of 200 words in English and 250 words in Indonesian. If the manuscript is written in English, the abstract is only required in English. The abstract should use Times New Roman 10 pt, single spacing, one paragraph, italic style for the English abstract, and regular style for the Indonesian abstract, all in a one-column format.
Keywords
Keywords should consist of 3 to 5 words or phrases and should be a subset of the title of the paper. They must be written in lowercase letters except for abbreviations, and separated by commas.
Example Keywords: Information Systems, Computing Technology, Data Mining [maximum 5 keywords]
Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should contain the following sections: 1) Introduction, 2) Research Methods, which may include analysis, architecture, methods used to solve problems, and implementation, 3) Results and Discussion, 4) Conclusions, 5) Acknowledgment (if any), and 6) References. Subtitles should use Times New Roman 10 pt in bold.
The introduction should address the following points: a) background, b) brief literature review, c) the reason for conducting the research, and d) the research objective or purpose.
Research Methodology
Describe the preparation methods and characterization techniques used. The explanation should be concise and accurate, including information such as size, volume, replication, and workmanship techniques. A new method must be explained in detail so that other researchers can reproduce the experiment. Established methods may be explained briefly by referring to relevant literature.
Length of Manuscripts
Manuscripts must be prepared on A4 paper with a minimum length of 6 pages and a maximum length of 15 pages, including tables and figures, and must follow the writing procedures outlined in this guideline.
Table
Tables must be numbered consecutively in the order in which they are presented, for example Table 1, Table 2, and so forth. The table title should be centered above the table. The font size used in both the table title and the table content is 8 pt. Every table must be cited and mentioned in the manuscript text.
Figure
Figures must be numbered consecutively in the order in which they are presented, for example Figure 1, Figure 2, and so on. The caption must be centered below the figure. The font size for the caption is 8 pt. Every figure must be cited and mentioned in the manuscript text.
Page Specifications
Use Times New Roman throughout the manuscript, with font sizes as specified in this guideline. The line spacing is single, and the manuscript text must be aligned justified. The page size is A4 (210 mm x 297 mm). The page margins are 25 mm for the top, bottom, left, and right sides. For convenience, authors are encouraged to write the manuscript directly using the journal template.
Reference
References must follow the IEEE referencing style. Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero. All sources listed in the reference section must be cited in the manuscript. A minimum of 10 primary and recent references published within the last 5 years is required.
